Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@posterhut.shop.

Our specialty is creating text-based records of songs performed during specific events at particular venues, serving as a memorable keepsake without incorporating any copyrighted images or materials. It’s important for our customers to know that Poster Hut operates independently and is not officially affiliated or licenced with any artists or bands showcased on our site unless stated on the product page itself, as such we do not offer any official merchandise, logos or signatures on our products. If one is found on our own material please reach out to Contact@posterhut.shop to have that immediately removed from our store.
We understand that some bands may not have registered copyrights or trademarks in the UK, but our commitment to respecting artists’ rights remains steadfast. If you are an artist or represent a band featured on our website and prefer to have the content removed, we will ensure a prompt and seamless process. Alternatively, if your band is interested in being highlighted on our site or in exploring opportunities for official merchandise collaborations, please get in touch with us at Contact@posterhut.shop. We have a history of successful partnerships with UK bands and are excited about the possibility of working together.
Our site offers both ready-made products and customizable options. The pre-designed setlists available are based on previous custom orders, allowing for a quicker and easier shopping experience. Whether you choose a pre-designed piece or create something unique, each setlist is crafted to immortalize the memory of a specific live performance.
For artists and bands who are comfortable with being featured on Poster Hut and provide us with explicit permission, we are eager to express our appreciation. We’re happy to offer a cash donation to the Music Venue Trust on your behalf as a way to support the live music community we all cherish.
